综合护理模式对PICU患儿睡眠及家属心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:讨论综合护理模式对PICU患儿睡眠及家属心里状态的影响分析。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年2月福建省莆田市莆田学院附属医院收治的儿童重症监护病房(PICU)患儿106例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组53例。对照组采用基础护理措施,观察组采用综合护理措施,分析评价患儿睡眠质量及患儿家属心理状态。结果:护理前,患儿家长SAS、SDS及患儿睡眠质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患儿家长SAS、SDS及患儿睡眠质量评分与对照组间比较更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理模式可以改善PICU患儿睡眠质量,同时减轻患儿家属心理压力,减轻焦虑,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To discuss the influence of comprehensive nursing mode on sleep and mental state of children with PICU.Methods:A total of 106 children in the pediatric intensive care unit(PICU)admitted to the affiliated hospital of Putian University of Putian City from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,53 cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing measures,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing measures.Results:Before nursing,the SAS,SDS and PSQI scores of the parents of the children had no statistical significance(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS,SDS and PSQI scores of parents in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing mode can improve the sleep quality of PICU children,reduce the psychological pressure and anxiety of children′s family members.The effect is significant,which is worthy of clinical application.
