分析鸟巢式护理联合防撞条干预对新生儿黄疸光疗患儿血清胆红素及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨新生儿黄疸光疗治疗患儿应用鸟巢式护理与防撞条干预联合处理对血清胆红素、睡眠质量的影响效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年1月福建省泉州市儿童医院收治的新生儿黄疸患儿80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组以常规护理,观察组以鸟巢式护理与防撞条干预联合处理。比较2组患儿护理前后血清胆红素水平以及睡眠质量情况。结果:鸟巢式护理与防撞条干预联合处理后观察组血清胆红素水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组比对照组日均睡眠时间更长,而夜间觉醒次数更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿黄疸光疗患儿应用鸟巢式护理联合防撞条干预处理,可延长日均睡眠时间,减少夜间觉醒次数,同时更好地改善血清胆红素,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of combined treatment of bird′s nest nursing and anti-collision bar treatment on serum bilirubin and sleep quality in children with neonatal jaundice phototherapy.Methods:A total of 80 cases of neonatal jaundice in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with bird′s nest nursing and anti-collision strip intervention.The serum bilirubin level and sleep quality of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Results:The serum bilirubin level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the combined treatment of bird nest nursing and anti-collision strip intervention,the average sleep time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,while the number of awakening at night was less,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nest nursing combined with anti-collision strip can prolong the average sleep time,reduce the times of awakening at night,and improve the serum bilirubin,which is worth popularizing.
