神经内科重症监护室患者睡眠剥夺的集束护理干预策略分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨神经内科重症监护室患者睡眠剥夺的集束护理干预策略与效果。方法:选取2018年5月至2019年9月安徽医科大学第一附属医院神经内科收治的发生睡眠剥夺的患者142例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组71例。对照组施以常规护理,观察组施以集束护理干预,对患者护理后第3周、护理后第4周、护理后第5周、护理后第6周的睡眠时间及睡眠质量评分、护理满意度评分进行观察。结果:观察组护理后第3周、第4周、第5周、第6周的睡眠时间明显较长,并且睡眠质量评分明显较低,护理满意度评分明显较高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经内科重症监护室患者睡眠剥夺的集束护理干预具有良好效果。Objective:To investigate the intervention strategies and effects of cluster nursing for patients with sleep deprivation in intensive care unit of neurology department.Methods:A total of 142 patients with sleep deprivation who were admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to September 2019 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 71 cases in each group.The control group received for routine nursing,and the observation group received cluster nursing intervention.The patients′sleep time,sleep quality score,and nursing satisfaction score were observed at 3 weeks after nursing,4 weeks after nursing,5 weeks after nursing,and 6 weeks after nursing.Results:The sleep time in the observation group was significantly longer at 3 weeks,4 weeks,5 weeks,and 6 weeks,and the sleep quality score was significantly lower,and the nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster nursing interventions for sleep deprivation in neurology intensive care unit patients have a good effect.
