护肾安胶囊中丹参酮含量测定及主药薄层鉴别

摘　　要：采用薄层色谱法对护肾安胶囊中的丹参、黄芪、黄芩进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对丹参酮ⅡA含量进行定量检测.丹参酮ⅡA在进样量(0.00827~0.16540μg)范围内,线性关系良好(R 2=1.0000);平均回收率为97.12%,RSD为1.38%.本方法操作简单便捷,结果准确可靠,适用于护肾安胶囊中丹参、黄芪、黄芩的薄层鉴别及丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定.TLC method for the main ingredient in compound kidney capsule qualitative identification of salvia miltiorrhiza and radix astragali,radix scutellariae;Using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was carried out on the main content of tanshinone typeⅡA in medicine salvia miltiorrhiza quantitative detection.Tanshinone typeⅡA in sample quantity(0.00827~0.16540μg)range,good linear relationship(r=1.0000);The average recovery was 97.12%,RSD was 1.38%.This method is simple and convenient operation,accurate,reliable and suitable for compound interest of salvia miltiorrhiza and radix astragali,radix scutellariae in renal capsule thin layer identification and determination of the content of tanshinone typeⅡA.
