摘 要:论述了国内外内燃机曲轴结构可靠性数值仿真计算的研究进展,详细评述了每个阶段数值仿真计算的方法、国内外相关研究及发展现状,最后指出曲轴结构可靠性仿真计算总体上呈现边界条件精准化、计算方法多样化和学科知识交叉化的发展趋势。曲轴结构可靠性数值仿真计算技术将随着多学科交叉的不断渗透而发展进步,同时须研发我国自主化曲轴结构可靠性仿真计算标准,以期全面提升我国内燃机整机结构可靠性水平。In this paper,the research progress of numerical simulation calculation of crankshaft structure reliability in internal combustion engine at home and abroad is discussed.The numerical simulation method of crankshaft structure reliability in each stage,the related research and development status at home and abroad are reviewed in detail.Finally,it is pointed out that the reliability simulation calculation of crankshaft structure generally presents the trend of accurate boundary conditions,diversified calculation methods and cross-disciplinary knowledge.The numerical simulation technology of crankshaft structure reliability will develop and progress with the continuous penetration of multi-disciplinary.At the same time,it is necessary to develop the independent crankshaft structure reliability simulation calculation standard,in order to comprehensively improve the reliability level of internal combustion engine structure in China.
