摘  要:为提高超精密机床床身的静、动态特性,采用钢-聚丙烯纤维增强人造花岗岩材料(SPFRAG)代替铸铁材料作为超精密机床床身,基于"最密堆积理论"并结合"A.H.M.Andreasen公式"改变SPFRAG的各组分质量分数优化其力学性能。以某超精密机床铸铁床身为原型,基于"平行轴定理"对机床床身结构进行优化设计,采用三维建模软件SolidWorks建立机床床身模型,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对原型铸铁机床床身和结构优化后SPFRAG的新型机床床身进行静、动态特性分析。通过对两者静、动态分析得到:相比原型铸铁机床床身SPFRAG新型机床床身,最大应力减小了71.79%,最大应变减小了73.62%,前6阶固有频率都有明显增大,且SPFRAG新型机床床身在X轴、Y轴、Z轴上的最大响应振幅分别是原型铸铁机床床身的56%、22%、17%。In order to improve the static and dynamic characteristics of the ultra-precision machine tool bed,steel-polypropylene fiber reinforced artificial granite(SPFRAG)was used instead of cast iron as the ultra-precision machine tool bed byoptimizing the mechanical properties of SPFRAG by changing the mass fraction of each component based on"the theory of the closest packing"and"A.H.M.Andreasen formula".Taking an ultra-precision machine tool cast iron bed as a prototype,the machine tool bed structure was optimized based on"the parallel axis theorem",and the machine tool bed model was established by using three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks,the static and dynamic characteristics of the prototype cast iron machine tool bed and the new type machine tool bed after structure optimization SPFRAG were analyzed by the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench.Through static and dynamic analysis,the maximum stress and strain of the new type of SPFRAG machine tool bed are reduced by 71.79%and 73.62%,respectively.The first six natural frequencies of SPFRAG machine tool bed are obviously increased,and the maximum response amplitude of the new type machine tool bed on X axis,Y axis and Z axis is 56%,22%and 17%of that of the prototype cast iron machine tool bed,respectively.
