摘 要:为提高气体轴承的动态特性,提出了一种人字槽狭缝节流动静压混合气体轴承。根据动静压混合气体轴承的流场特性,提出了一种基于有限差分法求解轴承动态特性的数值方法,研究了轴承结构参数和工作参数对轴承动态特性的影响。利用正交实验法和灰色理论对轴承进行优化并提出了动静压轴承的设计标准。研究结果表明:在相同的偏心率下,人字槽狭缝节流动静压气体轴承的阻尼高于普通的气体轴承。通过建模计算,优化了人字槽狭缝节流动静压气体轴承的设计参数以使轴承的主阻尼和主刚度最大。To improve the dynamic characteristics of aerostatic gas bearings,a type of herringbone grooved hybrid gas journal bearing with slot-restrictors was proposed.According to the gas flow field characteristics of the hybrid gas journal bearing,a numerical method to solve the dynamic characteristics of bearing based on the finite difference method was proposed.The influence of the structural parameters and working parameters of the bearing on the dynamic characteristics of the bearing was studied.The orthogonal experimental and the grey relational analysis were employed to propose a design criterion for gas bearing.The results show that,the damping of the herringbone grooved hybrid gas journal bearings with slot-restrictors is higher than the general gas journal bearings under the same eccentricity ratio.Through modeling and calculation,the design parameters of the bearing are optimized to maximize the main damping and stiffness of the bearing.
