摘  要:电缆GIS终端是故障多发位置,需要对其机芯局部放电检测,及时发现内部放电异常,以提早采取绝缘故障问题的处理措施。目前,超高频检测和超声检测都可以进行内部放电检测,但容易受到电缆外部绝缘层的影响,降低检测结果的准确性。为了提高110 kV XLPE电缆GIS终端的检测准确率,减少检测时间,提出了基于超高频-超声波联合检测方法。实际检测结果显示,超高频-超声波联合检测方法的准确度大于95%,检测时间短于传统高频检测和超声检测。因此,基于超高频-超声波联合检测对110 kV XLPE电缆GIS终端局部放电的检测效果比较理想,可以作为一种联合检测手段进行实际应用。Cable GIS terminal is the location of multiple faults,it is necessary to detect the partial discharge of its movement,to find the abnormal internal discharge in time,so as to take measures to deal with insulation fault in advance.At present,both UHF and ultrasonic testing can be used for internal discharge detection,but they are easily affected by the external insulation layer of the cable,which reduces the accuracy of detection results.In order to improve the detection accuracy of 110 kV XLPE cable GIS terminal and reduce the detection time,a combined detection method based on UHF and ultrasonic wave was proposed in this paper.The actual detection results show that the accuracy of UHF-ultrasonic combined detection method is greater than 95%,and the detection time is shorter than traditional UHF detection and ultrasonic detection.Therefore,the detection effect of 110 kV XLPE cable GIS terminal pd based on UHF-ultrasonic joint detection is relatively ideal,which can be used as a joint detection method for practical application.
