摘　　要：伴随着我国不断扩大的电网规模和日益增长的用电负荷,电网的运行控制也变得渐渐复杂起来。创新的里程碑计划管理方式可以形成分工明确、责任到位以及高效协同的里程碑计划管理体系,有效提高项目管理效率。通过探讨县级配电网信息系统建设的需求,确定了系统建设的目标,并进行了系统的设计,在系统上线运行后,对比系统实施前后的效果可知,其具有极高的经济价值和社会效益。With the continuous expansion of China’s power grid scale and increasing power load,the operation control of power grid has become increasingly complex.The innovative management mode of milestone plan can form a milestone plan management system with clear division of labor,responsibility in place and efficient cooperation,which can effectively improve the efficiency of project management.This paper mainly discusses the requirements of countylevel distribution network information system construction,determines the goal of system construction,and carries out the system design.After the system is put into operation,comparing the effect before and after the implementation of the system,it is concluded that the project has high economic value and social benefits.
