摘 要:电力通信网内部有一个至关重要的组成部分,那就是终端通信接入网。此部分不管是在电网调度自动化还是在安全稳定控制相关系统中,均属于重要基础,为配电自动化、电动汽车充换电站、智能用电、分布式能源、电能质量监测以及用电信息采集等多项电力业务提供了控制和接入条件。电力终端通信接入网目前处于多种业务、多种通信方式及多种网络并存的接入状态。为了充分满足多项业务需求,需要深入探究终端通信接入网网络资源分配策略,促使智能电网在实现信息传输期间具备统一标准的网络层架构。There is a vital component in the power communication network,that is,the terminal communication access network.This part is an important foundation whether in the power grid dispatching automation or in the security and stability control related systems.It is an important basis for power distribution automation,electric vehicle charging and replacement station,intelligent power consumption,distributed energy,power quality monitoring,power consumption information collection and other power business The control and access conditions are provided.At present,the power terminal communication access network is in the state of multiple services,multiple communication modes and multiple networks coexisting.In order to fully meet the multiple business requirements,it is necessary to explore the network resource allocation strategy of the terminal communication access network,so as to promote the smart grid to have a unified standard network layer architecture during the information transmission period.
