摘　　要：论述某运营商通信机房开关电源在进行容量替换割接过程中的详细经过。通过割接前的准备工作、具体割接过程中的详细步骤以及割接工作完成后的进一步核实及收尾工作,保证了机房开关电源系统在不影响业务情况下的顺利替换,对实际的工程实践具有指导意义。This paper discusses the one operator communication machine room in the process of switching power supply in the capacity to replace cleft grafting in detail.Through the preparation before cut over and detailed steps in the process of the concrete cut over,after completion of work to make the cut over further verify and finishing work,ensure the machine room switch power supply system in the case of not affect business smoothly,it has guiding significance to practical engineering practice.
