中枢神经系统血管母细胞瘤的特征与临床研究

摘　　要：目的:分析南昌大学第一附属医院神经外科近10年来经手术治疗的血管母细胞瘤的临床特征并进行相关临床研究,以加深对血管母细胞瘤的认识。方法:以南昌大学第一附属医院神经外科近10年经术后病理证实的血管母细胞瘤为研究对象,采用回顾性研究方法,统计各病历的临床资料,分析临床特征及其相关性。结果:共69例纳入研究,其中男38例女31例,平均年龄41.88±14.51;囊实性51例,实性18例;幕下58例、其他部位11例。研究发现:性别与肿瘤大小、性别与肿瘤部位、性别与手术出血量、年龄与肿瘤类型、年龄与肿瘤部位、肿瘤类型与手术出血量、肿瘤部位与手术出血量、肿瘤大小与手术出血量间差异无统计学意义。性别与肿瘤类型、肿瘤部位与肿瘤类型的差异有统计学意义。结论:血管母细胞瘤主要位于幕下且以囊实性为主;女性以囊实性多见,男性以实性多见。年龄与肿瘤类型无明显相关性,手术出血量与主刀医师水平相关与肿瘤类型和大小无明显相关性。Objective:To analyze the clinical features of hemangioblastoma treated by surgery in our department in the past 10 years and conduct relevant clinical research to deepen the understanding of hemangioblastoma.Methods:Taking the hemangioblastoma confirmed by postoperative pathology in our department for the past 10 years as the research object,the retrospective research method was used to count the clinical data of each medical record and analyze the clinical characteristics and their correlation.Results:A total of 69 cases were included in the study,Among them,38 were male and 31 were female,with an average age of 41.88;51 were cystic and 18 were solid;58 were under the curtain and 11 were in other parts.The study found:gender and tumor size,gender and tumor distribution site,gender and surgical bleeding volume,age and tumor type,age and tumor site,tumor type and surgical bleeding volume,tumor site and surgical bleeding volume,tumor size and surgery There was no statistically significant difference in bleeding volume.Differences in gender and tumor type,tumor site and tumor type were statistically significant.Conclusions:Hemangioblastoma is mainly located under the curtain and is mainly cystic;cystic is more common in women,solid is more common in men.
