鼻内窥镜下三线减张手术治疗鼻中隔弯曲的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻内窥镜下三线减张手术治疗鼻中隔弯曲的临床效果。方法:选取2018年11月-2019年2月于我院就诊的30例鼻中隔弯曲患者,随机分为2组,对照组(15例)和观察组(15例)。对照组采用鼻中隔黏膜切除手术,观察组采用鼻内窥镜下三线减张手术,观察分析两组患者的症状评分、临床指标、疼痛程度及并发症状况。结果:观察组的手术时间较对照组短,且术中出血量较对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后2周及1个月的VAS评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后观察组症状评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未发生严重并发症,仅对照组出现一例术后血肿,两组并发症总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:鼻内窥镜下三线减张手术对鼻中隔弯曲的治疗效果较好,可明显改善患者的病情状况,且具有较高的安全性。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic three high tension lines resection in treatment of deviation of nasal septum.Methods:30 patients with deviation of nasal septum who admitted in the hospital from November 2018 to February 2019 were divided into control group(15 cases)and observation group(15 cases)by random number table.Control group underwent nasal septum mucosal resection,and observation group was given nasal endoscopic three high tension lines resection.The symptom scores,clinical indexes,pain degree and complications in two groups were analyzed.Results:The operation time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,and the intraoperative bleeding volume in observation group was less than that in control group(P<0.05);After surgery for 2 weeks and 1 month,the VAS scores of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05);The postoperative symptom scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);No serious complications occurred in the two groups,and only one case of postoperative hematoma occurred in the control group,and there was no statistical difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nasal endoscopic three high tension lines resection in treatment of deviation of nasal septum shows better effects,and it can improve the conditions of the patients with higher safety.
