摘　　要：鸡肠毒综合症主要是因为养殖管理不当,药物使用不合理,外界环境变化等不良因素刺激,造成病毒、细菌、混合感染引发的一种肠道综合性疾病,临床上该种疾病主要以腹水、脱水、肠黏膜脱落、肠道出血坏死、肠腔中存在未消化的饲料为主要特征。该种疾病主要表现为采食量显著下降,生长发育迟缓,体重减轻,机体严重脱水,饲料报酬率显著下降,具有传播范围较广,死亡率不高的特点,但是造成的隐性经济损失巨大。临床诊治中,鸡肠毒综合症经常被认为消化不良或者误诊为球虫病给养殖户带来很大经济损失,需要提高重视程度进行认真细致的判断。Chicken enterovirus syndrome is a kind of intestinal complex disease caused by virus,bacteria and mixed infection,which is mainly caused by improper breeding management,irrational use of drugs and stimulation of adverse factors such as changes in the external environment,the main clinical features of this disease are ascites,dehydration,intestinal mucosa exfoliation,intestinal bleeding and necrosis,the presence of undigested feed in the intestinal cavity.The disease is characterized by a significant decrease in feed intake,stunted growth,weight loss,severe dehydration of the body,and a significant decrease in the rate of feed return,but the hidden economic losses are huge.In clinical diagnosis and treatment,chicken enterotoxigenic syndrome is often considered as indigestion or misdiagnosed as coccidiosis,which brings great economic loss to breeders.
