摘  要:产业创新系统是推动产业技术升级和高质量发展的加速器,理解产业创新系统的演化规律有助于推动产业创新系统的有序发展。基于系统论,从创新主体、创新环境、创新要素三个方面构建产业创新系统,进而提出基于协同度模型的系统演化测度方法。采集2000~2016年的年鉴数据,测度航空航天制造业创新系统演化的协同性。分析结果表明:航空航天制造业创新系统早期处于非协同状态,2012年系统协同性稳步提升。其中,创新环境子系统及其序参量的有序性最高,创新主体子系统的无序化切实降低了复合系统的协同度。Industrial innovation system is an accelerator to promote industrial technology upgrading and high-quality development.Understanding the evolution law of industrial innovation system is beneficial to guiding the orderly development of industrial innovation system.Based on the system theory,the industrial innovation system was constructed from three aspects of innovation subject,innovation environment and innovation elements.And then,a method based on synergy degree model was put forward for measuring system evolution.Statistical data during 2000~2016 were collected to measure the synergy of innovation system evolution of aerospace manufacturing industry.The analysis results show that although the innovation system of aerospace manufacturing industry is in a state of non-synergy at the early stage,the system synergy has improved steadily in 2012.Innovation environment subsystem and its order parameters present highest order degree among the 3 subsystems.By contrast,innovation subject subsystem which is in the disorder state reduces synergy degree of composite system substantially.
