摘  要:从学者提出的卓越教师的特质结构与教师的“职业高原期”的成因与表现进行分析对比来看,二者有内在的相关性,即具备迎接挑战、适应变化的环境、具有抗逆能力、持续自我的反思的素质等,这是决定一个教师避免进入“职业高原期”或者面临“职业高原期”时在身心和正向发展方面积极努力并且迈向卓越的关键。Base on a review of the analysis and discussion of the characteristic structure of excellent teachers and the causes and manifestation of teachers'“career plateau”,intrinsic correlation of the two can be found.The ability to meet challenges,to adapt to changing environment and to resist adversity,and the quality of continuous self-reflection are key for a teacher to avoid entering the“career plateau”,or to strive for development with positive physical and mental state and successfully becoming Excellent.
