摘　　要：总结严桂珍教授肺康复治疗经验。其认为慢性肺系疾病以肺、脾、肾三脏亏虚为本,痰饮、气滞、血瘀为标,制定了"以扶正为主,兼以祛痰、理气、活血,在中药汤剂口服的基础上结合非药物康复"的肺康复治疗方法,可使患者病情得到有效控制,并强调慢性肺系疾病的治疗是一个漫长的过程,临床用药应酌情减量。This paper summarizes professor YAN Guizhen’s treatment experience in pulmonary rehabilitation.He holds that chronic lung system diseases take the consumption of three zangs including lung,spleen and kidney as the principal cause and take fluid retention,qi stagnation and blood stasis as the symptoms,and charts treatment method for pulmonary rehabilitation of"strengthening the body resistance as the principal thing,together with expelling phlegm,regulating qi and activating blood circulation,combined with non-drugs rehabilitation on the basis of oral administration of Chinese materia medica decoction",whereby they can effectively control the patient’s condition,and he emphasizes that the treatment of chronic lung system diseases is a long process,clinical medication should be reduced as appropriate thereby.
