芎芷石膏汤加减联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊口服治疗偏头痛28例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察芎芷石膏汤加减联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊口服治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将60例偏头痛患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各30例,其中治疗组在治疗过程中脱落2例。对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊口服,每日1次,每次10 mg,睡前服用;治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合芎芷石膏汤加减(配方颗粒剂)口服,每日1剂,早、晚开水冲服,每次150 m L。2组疗程均为4周,治疗后随访4周,比较2组治疗前后、随访4周后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及偏头痛综合评分。结果与同组治疗前比较,治疗后及随访4周后2组VAS评分及偏头痛综合评分均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组降低更明显,与对照组同期比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芎芷石膏汤加减联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊口服可明显降低偏头痛患者的VAS评分及偏头痛综合评分,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Xiongzhi Shigao Tang(芎芷石膏汤)combined with oral administration of flunarizine hydrochloride capsules in the treatment of migraine.Methods Sixty cases of migraine were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each,2 cases were missed out during the treatment course in the treatment group.The control group was given oral administration of flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,once per day,10 mg per time,took before sleeping.Based on the therapeutic method of the control group,the treatment group was combined with oral administration of modified Xiongzhi Shigao Tang(formula granule),1 dose per day,took infused with boiled water in the morning and evening,150 m L per time.The course of treatment was 4 weeks for the 2 groups,and the patients were followed up for 4 weeks.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score and migraine comprehensive score were compared between the 2 groups before and after treatment and after 4 weeks of follow-up.Results Compared with the same group before treatment,VAS score and migraine comprehensive score of the 2 groups after treatment and 4 weeks of follow-up were significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),moreover,the treatment group decreased more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group at the same period(P<0.05).Conclusion It can markedly decrease VAS score and migraine comprehensive score of the patients with migraine to use modified Xiongzhi Shigao Tang combined with oral administration of flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
