复方解郁汤联合阿法替尼对伴有焦虑抑郁状态的肺癌患者疗效及血清炎性细胞因子表达的影响

摘　　要：目的分析复方解郁汤联合阿法替尼对伴有焦虑抑郁状态的肺癌患者疗效及血清炎性细胞因子表达的影响。方法选取医院2015年5月—2018年12月收治的伴有焦虑抑郁状态的肺癌患者96例,采用随机数字法分为两组。对照组给予黛力新联合阿法替尼治疗,观察组给予复方解郁汤联合阿法替尼治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果观察组焦虑抑郁状态的总有效率(93.75%,45/48)高于对照组(79.17%,38/48),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后IL-1β[(71.55±3.94)pg/mL]、IL-6[(49.58±2.74)pg/mL]、TNF-α[(163.85±8.89)pg/mL]水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后SAS评分(41.01±6.94)分、SDS评分(43.69±6.48)分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组整体KPS评分改善情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方解郁汤联合阿法替尼可减轻肺癌患者的焦虑抑郁状态,减轻炎症因子的表达,改善行为状态。Objective To analyze the effect of Compound Jieyu Decoction combined with afatinib on the expressions of serum inflammatory cytokines in patients with lung cancer with anxiety and depression. Methods From May 2015 to December 2018, 96 patients with lung cancer with anxiety and depression were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Delixin combined with afatinib, and the observation group was treated with Compound Jieyu Decoction combined with afatinib. The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of anxiety and depression in the observation group(93.75%,45/48) was higher than that in the control group(79.17%,38/48) and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β), interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05). The levels of IL-1β[(71.55±3.94)pg/mL], IL-6 [(49.58±2.74)pg/mL] and TNF-α[(163.85±8.89)pg/mL] in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of anxiety self-rating scale(SAS) and depression self-rating scale(SDS) in two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05). The SAS scores(41.01±6.94) and SDS scores(43.69±6.48) were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05). The improvement of the overall KPS score in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Jieyu Decoction combined with afatinib can reduce anxiety and depression, reduce the expressions of inflammatory factors and improve behavior in patients with lung cancer.
