体外震波碎石术后联合中药排石汤治疗肾结石对红细胞免疫功能、排石效果的影响

摘　　要：目的分析体外震波碎石碎石术后联合中药排石汤治疗肾结石对红细胞免疫功能、排石效果的影响。方法选取医院2016年11月—2019年2月收治的肾结石患者90例,分为两组。两组患者均给予体外震波术,对照组术后联合常规药物治疗,观察组术后在常规药物治疗基础上给予中药排石汤,分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果观察组排石总有效率93.33%(42/45)高于对照组77.79%(35/45),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组结石排净平均时间(10.12±4.02)d、疼痛消失时间(11.02±4.12)d、小便带血消失时间(13.84±6.44)d短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前红细胞免疫功能、肾功能水平组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后C3bRR、ICR、TER水平高于对照组,SCr、BUN水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肾结石患者体外震波碎石术后采用中药排石汤治疗可促进肾功能和红细胞免疫功能的恢复,提高排石效果,缩短结石排净时间。Objective To analyze the effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined with Paishi Decoction on erythrocyte immune function and stone removal effect in the treatment of renal calculi. Methods Ninety patients with renal calculitreated in our hospital from November 2016 to February 2019 were divided into two groups. Both groups were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. The control group was treated with routine drugs after operation, and the observation group was treated with Paishi Decoction on the basis of routine drug treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was analyzed. Results The total effective rate of stone excretion in the observation group 93.33%(42/45) was higher than that in the control group 77.79%(35/45) and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the observation group, the mean stone excretion time was(10.12±4.02) days, the pain disappearance time was(11.02±4.12) days, and the urine blood disappearance time was(13.84±6.44) days,shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The levels of C3 bRR, ICR and TER in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of SCr and BUN were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of renal calculi patients with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy with Paishi Decoction can promote the recovery of renal function and erythrocyte immune function, improve the effect and shorten the time of stone removal.
