摘  要:目的观察杜仲-刺蒺藜对自发性高血压大鼠(SHRs)的降压效应及其对代谢组学的影响。方法选用32只18月龄雄性SHRs,将其随机分为对照组和杜仲-刺蒺藜药对干预高、中、低剂量组共4组,灌胃给药8周。每周测血压,观察结束后遵循无菌操作原则取大鼠应激粪便样本,对粪便样本进行非靶向气相色谱-质谱法代谢物检测。结果与对照组比较,杜仲-刺蒺藜药对中剂量组对清醒SHRs具有良好的降压作用(P<0.05),上调了乙醇酸、鸟嘌呤、二乙酸、色胺代谢水平。结论杜仲-刺蒺藜药对具有确切的降压作用,可改变老龄SHRs内源性代谢物。Objective To observe the effects of Duzhong(Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.)-Tribulus terrestris L.(ET) on the fecal metabonomics by non-targeted Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(GC-MS) in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHRs) to explore the anti-hypertensive mechanism. Methods Thirty-two 18-month-old male SHRs were randomly divided into 4 groups: SHR group and high, medium and low dose of ET groups. Rats were intragastrically administrated for 8 weeks. Blood pressure was measured every week. The stress stool samples were taken out according to the aseptic operation principle. The non-targeted GC-MS was used to analyzed fecal metabolites. Results Compared with the untreated SHRs, ET had a good anti-hypertensive effect(P<0.05), and increased the metabolic levels of glycolic acid, guanine, diacetic acid and tryptamine. Conclusion ET has an effective anti-hypertensive effect and can change the endogenous metabolites of aged SHRs.
