养阴生津宣肺汤结合雷火灸治疗干眼症临床疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的探究养阴生津宣肺汤结合雷火灸治疗干眼症临床疗效及安全性。方法将96例干眼症患者将其平均分为两组,各48例,其中对照组思然滴眼液+托百士滴眼液治疗,观察组思然滴眼液+托百士滴眼液+养阴生津宣肺汤及雷火灸治疗,比较疗效与治疗前后中医症状(眼红、眼干涩、眼痛、异物感、视物疲劳等)积分变化、治疗前后眼部指标变化、不良反应情况、治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量(PSQI)及生活质量(SF-36)评分变化、治疗满意程度。结果观察组治疗有效率97.92%(47/48)高于对照组85.42%(41/48),P<0.05;治疗前,两组眼红、眼干涩、眼痛、异物感、视物疲劳等中医症状积分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(Schirmer)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分、PSQI及SF-36评分均相当(P>0.05);治疗后两组眼红、眼干涩、眼痛、异物感、视物疲劳等中医症状积分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(Schirmer)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分、PSQI及SF-36评分均改善,观察组治疗后眼红、眼干涩、眼痛、异物感、视物疲劳等中医症状积分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(Schirmer)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分、PSQI及SF-36评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应率均较低,分别为4.17%、2.08%(P>0.05);观察组治疗满意率为97.92%,高于对照组(81.25%)(P<0.05)。结论养阴生津宣肺汤结合雷火灸治疗干眼症临床疗效显著,眼部症状改善,恢复较好,不良反应率低,安全性高,且患者满意率高,值得推广与应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Yangyin Shengjin Xuanfei Decoction combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of dry eye disease. Methods Ninety-eight patients with dry eyes were divided into two groups, 48 cases in each. The control group used Polyethylene Glycol Eye Drops and Topaz Eye Drops. The observation group used Polyethylene Glycol Eye Drops,Topaz Eye Drops and Yangyin Shengjin Xuanfei Decoction. We compared curative effect and TCM symptoms before and after treatment(red eyes, eye dryness, eye pain, foreign body sensation, vision fatigue, etc.),ocular index changes before and after treatment and adverse reactions, PSQI and Pittsburgh sleep quality of life(SF-36) score changes and treatment satisfaction. Results The effective rate 97.92%(47/48) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group 85.42%(41/48)(P<0.05). Before treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms such as red eyes, dry eyes, eye pain, foreign body sensation, visual fatigue, tear film rupture time(BUT), tear secretion test(Schirmer), fluorescein staining(FL) score, PSQI and SF-36,were all similar in the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,red eyes, eye dryness, eye pain, foreign body sensation, vision fatigue, traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral, BUT, tear secretion test(Schirmer), FL score, PSQI and SF-36 score were improved. Those of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). The adverse reaction rates of the observation group and the control group were lower(4.17%, 2.08%, P>0.05). The treatment satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.92%, higher than that of the control group(81.25%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Yangyin Shengjin Xuanfei Decoction combined with thunder fire moxibustion has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of dry eye disease, with improved ocular symptoms and better recovery, few adverse reaction rate, high safety, and high satisfaction rate of patients and it is worthy of promotion and application.
