中西医结合治疗自身免疫性甲状腺炎疗效及对血清标志物、细胞因子水平变化分析

摘　　要：目的探讨左甲状腺素钠片联合百令胶囊对自身免疫性甲状腺炎患者的临床疗效及对血清标志物、细胞因子水平的影响。方法选取2014年1月—2019年12月医院收治的HT患者120例,按照随机对照法随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组口服左甲状腺素钠片,观察组在对照组的基础上给予百令胶囊,连续治疗3个月后比较临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组血清标志物水平较对照组显著下降(P<0.05);观察组患者IL-4、IL-17、IFN-γ水平较对照组显著降低(P<0.05),TGF-β水平较对照组显著升高(P<0.05);观察组甲状腺功能、免疫因子水平较对照组显著改善(P<0.05);观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(88.33%VS70.00%,P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候评分较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论左甲状腺素钠片联合百令胶囊可显著提高自身免疫性甲状腺炎患者甲状腺功能,降低炎症反应,提高机体免疫力,具有较高的临床价值。Objective To explore the changes of serum markers and cytokine in patients with autoimmune thyroid disease before and after treatment with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets and Corbrin Capsule.Methods From Jan. 2014 to Dec.2019,120 cases autoimmune thyroid disease were divided into control group and observation group, and each group consisted of 60 cases. The patients of control group were given Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets, and the patients of observation group were given Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets on the basis of control group. After 3 months, the clinical efficacy was compared. Results After treatment, the level of serum markers in the observation group were lower than in the control group(P<0.05). The level of IL-4,IL-17 and IFN-γ in the observation group were lower than in the control group(P<0.05), the level of TGF-β were higher than control group(P<0.05) The thyroid function and cytokine in each groups rise had a significant difference(P<0.05).The in the observation group were higher than in the control group(88.33%VS70.00%), and the differences was significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment, TCM clinical symptom scores of observation group was lower obviously than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets and Corbrin Capsule for treating autoimmune thyroid disease can effectively improve the thyroid function, reduces the inflammatory, improve the immunity of organism and have high clinical value.
