摘  要:目的:用荧光法鉴别叶类中药材大青叶和番泻叶。方法:通过在紫外光灯下观察原药材和药材浸出液的荧光,以及使用荧光分光光度计扫描药材浸提液的荧光光谱,鉴别大青叶和番泻叶。结果:紫外光灯下(365 nm),相同溶剂的番泻叶和大青叶浸出液的荧光有明显区别;在激发波长λ=365 nm时,两种药材的荧光峰强度有显著差异;在激发波长λ=254 nm时,两种药材的峰形和荧光峰强度均有显著差异。结论:荧光法鉴别番泻叶和大青叶方法简便,且较为可靠。Objective:To identify Fanxieye(Sennae Folium)and Daqingye(Isatidis Folium)with leaves used as medicinals by fluorescence method.Methods:Fanxieye and Daqingye were identified by observing the fluorescence of crude medicinal herbs and extracts under ultraviolet lamp,and scanning the fluorescence spectrum of extracts with fluorescence spectrophotometer.Results:Under ultraviolet light(365 nm),the fluorescence of Fanxieye and Daqingye with the same solvent was significantly different.The fluorescence peak intensity of the two medicinal materials was significantly different at excitation wavelengthλ=365 nm.The peak shape and fluorescence peak intensity of the two medicinal materials differ significantly at excitation wavelength ofλ=254 nm.Conclusion:Fluorescence is a simple and reliable method for the identification of Fanxieye and Daqingye.
