摘 要:基于船舶螺旋桨柔性随边的设计思想,在空泡水筒进行了不同水速与斜流角度的柔性随边螺旋桨和金属刚性螺旋桨模型的水动力及空泡性能对比测试。实验结果表明,桨叶随边的柔性变形会使螺旋桨推力和扭矩出现不同程度的下降,且柔性随边位于桨叶不同位置时影响效果不同。位于桨叶梢部的柔性随边对螺旋桨推扭力的卸载作用明显,使螺旋桨效率呈现下降趋势;柔性随边变形带来的卸载作用使得桨叶空泡起始推迟,起到了提高临界航速的效果。位于桨叶根部的柔性随边对螺旋桨推扭力和空泡性能影响不大,但其螺旋桨推进效率比金属刚性螺旋桨的提高了2%-4%。According to the design method of marine propeller with flexible trailing edge, hydrodynamic and cavitation performance experiment of rigid and flexible model propellers under different water speeds and oblique flow angles is carried out in cavitation tunnel. Results show that the flexible deformation of blade trailing edge make the thrust and torque decrease in different degrees. In the different position of blade trailing edge, the flexible influence to hydrodynamic performance of propeller is different. The flexible trailing edge at the tip has obvious effect on thrust and torque unloading, which brings down the efficiency of propeller. Meanwhile, cavitation inception of the blade is delayed, which can increase critical speed of the propeller.The flexible trailing edge at the root has no significant effect on the hydrodynamic and cavitation performance of propeller.However, the propulsion efficiency increases by 2 to 4 percent, compared with the rigid propeller.
