B超引导下水灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠的效果及整复成功率与水压值的相关性分析

摘　　要：为探讨B超引导下水灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠的效果,并分析患儿整复成功率与水压值的相关性,选取2018年4月至2019年12月我院收治的48例肠套叠患儿为研究对象,于B超引导下水灌肠治疗。结果显示,本组48例肠套叠患儿,整复成功47例(97.92%)。水压7.0~9.0kPa时,整复成功5例(10.64%,5/47);水压9.1~11.0kPa时,整复成功6例(12.77%,6/47);水压11.1~13.0kPa时,整复成功32例(68.09%,32/47);水压13.1~15.0kPa时,整复成功4例(8.51%,4/47)。结果表明,B超引导下水灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠整复成功率高,安全可行,水压11.1~13.0kPa时整复成功率最高。This study was to investigate the efficacy of B-ultrasound guided enema with water in the treatment of infantile introsusception(Ⅱ),and to analyse the relativity of elevation success rate with hydraulic pressure,enrolled 48Ⅱpediatric patients treated in author’s hospital(2018-04-2019-12)and gave them Bultrasound guided water enema for treatment.As results,in the 48 cases,47 cases had success of elevation(97.92%):5 cases when water pressure(WP)was 7.0-9.0 kPa;6 cases(12.77%)when WP 9.1-11.0 kPa;32 cases(68.09%)when WP 11.1-13.0 kPa;4 cases(8.51%)when WP 13.1-15.0 kPa.Results show that forⅡperforming B-ultrasound guided water enema can achieve high elevation success rate,and,is safe and feasible;especially the success rate is most high when WP 11.1-13.0 kPa.
