预警教育在肠造口患者及其照顾者中的应用研究

摘　　要：为探讨预警教育在肠造口患者及其照顾者中的应用效果,选择2018年1月至2019年12月于我科行肠造口的96例结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各48例,对照组患者及其照顾者接受常规健康教育,观察组在常规健康教育基础上予以预警教育,比较2组患者及其照顾者造口护理的依从性、造口并发症发生率、护理前后焦虑情况。结果显示,观察组患者及其家属造口护理的依从率均明显高于对照组,造口并发症发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。护理前,2组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;护理后,2组患者SAS评分均明显降低,P<0.05,组间比较,观察组患者SAS评分更低,P<0.05。结果表明,对肠造口患者及其家属进行预警教育,可提高患者造口护理依从性,降低造口并发症发生率,改善患者心理状况。To investigate the application efficacy of early warning education in patients with enterostomy and their caregivers,from January 2018 to December 2019,96 colorectal cancer patients with enterostomy in author’s hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,48 cases for each,control group and their caregivers received routine health education,while observation group was given early warning education on the basis of routine health education;then the compliance,incidence of complications and anxiety before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.As results,compliance rate of ostomy nursing in observation group and their families was significantly higher than that in control group,and the incidence of ostomy complications was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing the SAS scores of the two groups were all significantly declined(P<0.05);compared with control groups,the SAS scores of observation group were more lower(P<0.05).The results show that early warning education for patients undergoing colostomy and their families could enhance the compliance of patients to nursing,reduce the incidence of stoma complications and improve the psychological status of patients.
