摘　　要：目的:探索效用值积分体系的评价指标和评价方法,系统评价和比较既往研究中常用于评价中国居民生命质量的中国、日本、英国和韩国积分体系的测量性能,为其他类型积分体系的评价提供方法学参考。方法:采用多阶段分层抽样方法获取348份资料,从模型构建、信度、效度、灵敏度4个方面对测量性能进行评价。结果:4国EQ-5D-5L效用值积分体系符合模型构建的4项标准,拥有可靠的信度(ICC>0.8)和良好的聚合效度(r>0.9,P<0.01),对不同特征人群具有较好的区分能力(P<0.01),中国积分体系的灵敏度优于其他3国(RE<1)。结论:中国EQ-5D-5L效用值积分体系对中国居民确有更高的适用性,且经本研究证实测量性能良好。Objective:To explore the evaluation indicators and methods of EQ-5D-5L value sets,and systematically evaluated the measurement performance of EQ-5D-5L value sets in China,Japan,Britain and South Korea which were used to evaluate Chinese residents in previous studies,to verify their applicability to Chinese residents,to provide methodological reference for the evaluation of other types of integral systems.Method:Based on the survey data,the measurement performance of EQ-5D-5L value sets were evaluated and compared from four aspects of model construction,reliability,validity and sensitivity.Results:Four EQ-5D-5L value sets conformed to the four standards of model construction.They had a good level of reliability(ICC>0.8)and convergent validity(r>0.9,P<0.01),they had good ability to distinguish people with different characteristics(P<0.01).Chinese value set was more sensitive than other three countries(RE<1).Conclusions:Chinese EQ-5D-5L value set actually has a higher applicability to Chinese residents.The results shows that the measurement performance of Chinese value set is eligible.
