摘　　要：目的:了解天津市女性吸毒人员抑郁症状及其影响因素,为戒毒工作提供指导。方法:采用整群抽样方法,在天津市抽取281名女性吸毒人员进行问卷调查,对数据进行单因素分析和多因素二元logistic回归分析。结果:女性吸毒人员抑郁症状检出率为32.8%,抑郁组和非抑郁组在是否为独生子女、强制戒毒次数、情绪识别困难、情绪描述困难、述情障碍总分、神经质人格和精神质人格方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素logistic回归分析显示,是否为独生子女、强制戒毒次数、述情障碍总分、神经质人格和精神质人格是女性吸毒人员抑郁症状的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:抑郁症状在女性吸毒人员中非常常见,应引起戒毒工作者的重视,采取有针对性的干预措施,促进吸毒人员成功戒除毒品。Objective:To explore the depressive symptoms and influencing factors among female drug-addicts in Tianjin,to provide guidance for drug rehabilitation.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 281 female drug-addicts in Tianjin with cluster sampling.Data were analyzed by single factor analysis and multivariable analysis using binary logistic regression.Results:The prevalence of depression in female drug-addicts was 32.8%.There were significant differences between depressed group and non-depressed group in these variables,including only-child,times of compulsory detoxification,difficulty identifying feelings,difficulty describing feelings,total score of alexithymia,neuroticism,and psychoticism(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that only-child,times of compulsory detoxification,total score of alexithymia,neuroticism,and psychoticism were independent correlates of depression among female drug-addicts(P<0.05).Conclusion:Depressive symptoms are very common among female drug-addicts.It is necessary to arouse the attention of drug rehabilitation workers and take targeted intervention measures to promote the success of drug rehabilitation.
