摘  要:塔里木油田博孜凝析气藏单井酸压改造后,提产效果达不到预期目标,生产过程中井口温度低于析蜡点温度,井筒结蜡现象严重。根据博孜区块储层特点,采用不同粒径支撑剂组合工艺、纤维暂堵转向分层工艺和树脂覆膜陶粒支撑剂防砂工艺相结合的加砂压裂配套技术,实现了博孜区块超深储层改造作业。博孜X井采用该加砂压裂技术,日产气由4.68×10^4 m^3上升为51.5×10^4 m^3,是同区块3口常规酸压改造井平均气产量的3倍,日产油由0.46 m^3上升为40.97 m^3,效果显著。该技术为国内类似储层改造作业提供了技术支持。After acid fracturing of a single well in Bozi condensate gas reservoir of Tarim Oilfield, the effect of production improvement cannot reach the expected goal. In addition, in the process of production, because the wellhead temperature is lower than the wax precipitation temperature, the wellbore has a serious wax deposition phenomenon. According to the reservoir characteristics of Bozi block, the sand fracturing matching technology combining with different particle size proppant combination technology, fiber temporary plugging steering layering technology and resin coated ceramist proppant sand control technology was adopted to realize the fracturing for ultra-deep reservoir in Bozi block. With this sand fracturing technology, the gas production rate of well Bozi x increases from 4.68×10^4 m^3/d to 51.5×10^4 m^3/d, which is three times of the average gas production of three wells with conventional acid fracturing in the same block, and the oil production rate increases from 0.46 m^3/d to 40.97 m^3/d, and the fracturing effect is remarkable. This technology provides technical support for fracturing operation of similar reservoirs in China.
