摘  要:目的探索去肾交感神经术(RDN)对原发性醛固酮增多大鼠高血压的影响。方法建立原发性醛固酮增多症大鼠模型(n=30,原醛对照组=10,假手术组=10,RDN组=10)及空白对照组大鼠模型(n=10),模型建立成功后对RDN组大鼠行外科去肾交感神经术,观察RDN术对原醛大鼠的血压及靶器官的影响。结果RDN术后原醛大鼠平均动脉压有所下降但与对照组无统计学意义(P>0.05),RDN术后大鼠心脏重量(左室含室间隔)相较其他三组略低,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论RDN手术在PA的患者人群中降低血压和改善心肌重构具有一定的疗效。Objective To explore the effect of Renal denervation(RDN)on primary aldosterone-increased hypertension in rats.Methods The rat model of primary aldosteronosis(n=30,the aldehyde control grouP=10,the sham operation grouP=10,and the RDN grouP=10)and the blank control group(n=10)were established.After the successful establishment of the model,the rats in the RDN group received surgical renal sympathetic nerve removal,and the effects of RDN on the blood pressure and target organs of the rats in the aldehyde group were observed.Results After RDN,the mean arterial pressure of pha rats decreased,but there was no statistical difference with the control group(P>0.05).The heart weight(left ventricular septum included)of the rats after RDN was slightly lower than that of the other three groups,showing no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion RDN surgery is effective in lowering blood pressure and improving myocardial remodeling in PA patients.
