摘　　要：激素性股骨头坏死实验研究是当下热门的医学课题。为研究激素性股骨头坏死的发病机制,预防和治疗股骨头坏死,选择和制作确切有效的动物实验模型必不可少。常见的激素性股骨头坏死动物模型有单纯激素诱导模型、激素加内毒素诱导模型与激素加马血清诱导模型。激素处理的细胞模型建立也不容忽视。本综述针对以上激素性股骨头坏死的3种动物模型与细胞模型的制作方式进行总结,对激素性股骨头坏死模型的制作研究提供参考。The experimental research on hormone-induced femoral head necrosis is a hot medical topic at the moment.In order to study the pathogenesis of hormonal femoral head necrosis and prevent and treat femoral head necrosis,it is essential to select and make accurate and effective animal experimental models.The common animal models of hormonal osteonecrosis of the femoral head include a simple hormone induction model,a hormone plus endotoxin induction model and a hormone plus horse serum induction model.The establishment of a cell model of hormone treatment cannot be ignored.This review summarizes the production methods of the above three animal models and cell models of hormonal osteonecrosis of the femoral head,and provides references for the research on the production of hormonal femoral head necrosis models.
