摘  要:硫酸盐在CO2捕集溶剂中的富集造成了吸收剂有效成分的下降及设备的腐蚀。本文在实测电厂实际CO2捕集过程硫酸盐富集规律的基础上,采用电渗析法探讨了吸收剂中硫酸盐的脱除效果,考察了不同电流密度下脱盐率、胺的回收率、电流效率和能耗随时间的变化。结果表明:电渗析法硫酸盐的脱除率达到90%以上,满足了CO2捕集过程对硫酸盐浓度的控制要求。当电流密度为15 mA/cm2时,胺的回收率达到最大值为97.6%,脱除硫酸盐的能耗为20.9 kW·h/t,综合成本约为220元/t。相比于2300元/t的溶剂购置成本,采用电渗析法脱除硫酸盐实现吸收剂的有效再生,具有更明显的成本优势。The accumulation of sulfate in CO2 capture solvent causes a decrease in effective components of the absorbent and corrosion of the equipments.In this paper,on the basis of measuring the sulfate accumulation rules in actual CO2 capture process of the power plants,the electrodialysis method was used to investigate the sulfate removal performance,and the changes of salt removal rate,amine recovery rate,current efficiency and energy consumption with time at different current densities were also studied.The results show that,by using the electrodialysis method,the sulfate removal rate reached higher than 90%,which satisfied the control requirements for sulfate concentration in the CO2 capture process.When the current density was 15 mA/cm2,the recovery rate of amine reached a maximum of 97.6%,the energy consumption for removing sulfate was 20.9 kW·h/t,and the total comprehensive cost was about 220 Yuan/t.Compared with the solvent purchasing cost(2300 Yuan/t),the effective regeneration of absorbent by removing sulfate using electrodialysis method has more obvious cost advantage.
