摘  要:二氧化碳驱油可实现低产低渗油田的有效开发,但由于采出油井逐渐见气、部分见气量大,常规处理设备和工艺无法适应,严重影响生产。本文经过多年现场跟踪与试验,发明了新型油井井场分离集油设备、创新了气液一级分离设备结构,解决了气液分离效果不好、生产无法平稳运行的问题;创新了分离沉降加热缓冲组合设备和天然气干燥除油组合设备,该设备集多项功能于一体,取代了常规流程中的三相分离器、加热炉、缓冲罐、光管干燥器、天然气除油器等设备,大幅简化了工艺流程、降低了建设投资与运行成本;发明了“双气-双液分离转油工艺”,既可适应气油比变化范围大的实际生产需求,又提高了分离效果;最终实现了油井采出流体的密闭、平稳集输与处理,保障了油田效益开发,已累计产油53.7万t、累计埋存二氧化碳161.6万t以上,经济效益和社会效益都十分显著。Carbon dioxide flooding can realize effective development of low production and low permeability oil fields,but due to gradual gas flow in production wells,part of the gas flow is large,conventional treatment equipment and technology cannot adapt,which seriously affects the production.After many years of field tracking and testing,this paper has invented a new type of oil well site separation and collection equipment,and innovated the structure of gas-liquid primary separation equipment,thus to solve the problems of poor gas-liquid separation effect and unstable production operation.It has innovated the separation settlement heating buffer combination equipment and the natural gas drying and oil removing combination equipment,integrated multiple functions,replaced the three-phase separator,heating furnace,buffer tank,light tube dryer,natural gas oil removing device and other equipments in the conventional process,which greatly simplifies the technological process and reduces the construction investment and operation cost.The“double-gas-double-liquid separation and oil-conversion process”was invented,which can not only adapt to the actual production demand with a wide range of gas-oil ratio variation,but also improve the separation effect.Finally,the sealing,stable gathering,transportation and treatment of the produced fluid of the oil well were realized,and the benefit development of the oil field was guaranteed.The accumulative output of oil was 537000 tons,and the accumulative buried carbon dioxide was more than 1616000 tons.The economic and social benefits were very significant.
