摘 要:以聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)为基体,经辐射处理的芳纶纤维为增强剂,采用模压成型和高温烧结工艺制备出了PTFE/芳纶纤维复合材料。分别研究了芳纶纤维含量、成型压力、保压时间、烧结温度和保温时间等因素对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:当芳纶纤维含量为15%,不仅实现了芳纶纤维在复合材料中的均匀分散,而且复合材料力学性能优异。PTFE/芳纶纤维复合材料适宜的制备工艺为成型压力80MPa、保压时间10min,烧结温度385℃、保温时间300min。Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)was used as the matrix,aramid fiber(AF)was treated by radiation as the reinforcing agent,and the PTFE/AF composite were prepared by molding and high temperature sintering.The effects of AF content,forming pressure,holding time,sintering temperature and holding time on the properties of the composite were studied.The results shown that when AF content was 15%,not only the AF was evenly dispersed in the composite,but also the mechanical properties of the composite were excellent.The suitable preparation process of the composite was that molding pressure 80MPa,pressure holding time 10mins,sintering temperature 385℃,holding time 300mins.
