摘 要:以双酚A环氧树脂(YN1828)、聚醚胺(D230)及聚四氢呋喃多元醇(PTG)为共混体系,经反应诱导相分离法制备微米级环氧树脂微球并对其粒径及性能进行研究。结果表明:当PTG用量为50份时,微球平均粒径较小(1.54μm)且玻璃化转变温度(Tg)较高(107.48℃);改变PTG用量,可使微球的粒径控制在0.6~3μm范围内,并保持较好的单分散性;随着共混物中活性稀释剂环氧丙烷苄基醚(BGE)含量的增加,制备的微球Tg可降低至88.65℃;采用异佛尔酮二胺(IPDA)作为固化剂,微球的Tg可达到178.3℃。Epoxy resin(YN1828),polyether amine(D230)and polytetramethylene ether glycol(PTG)were used as blends to prepare micron-sized epoxy microspheres through reaction-induced phase separation,and discussed about its dimensions and performance.The results showed that when the amount of PTG was 50 pbw,the average particle size of the microspheres was smaller(1.54μm)and the glass transition temperature(Tg)was higher(107.48℃).When the amount of PTG was changed,the particle size of the microspheres could be controlled within the range of 0.6~3μm,and maintained good monodispersity.When the content of epoxy reactive diluent increased in the blend,the Tg of the obtained microspheres could be reduced to 88.65℃.If isophorone diamine(IPDA)was used as curing agent,the obtained microspheres had Tg of 178.3℃.
