摘  要:用KH-560硅烷偶联剂对SrAl2O4∶Eu2^+,Dy^3+长余辉发光粉末进行表面改性。通过测定改性样品表面的吸油值确定偶联剂添加量,并利用傅里叶红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、接触角测量仪及长余辉荧光粉测试仪分别表征样品改性前后的性能变化。结果表明,硅烷偶联剂添加量为3%时,SrAl2O4∶Eu^2+,Dy^3+长余辉发光粉末吸油值减小至33.25%;部分偶联剂以Al-O-Si的方式接枝在长余辉发光粉末表面;改性后长余辉发光粉末疏水性提高,发光亮度略微降低。SrAl2O4∶Eu^2+,Dy^3+long afterglow luminescent powders were modified by KH-560 silane coupling agent.The addition amount of coupling agent was determined by measuring the oil absorption value of the modified samples,and the changes before and after modification were characterized by fourier transmission infrared spectrometer,scanning electron microscope,contact angle measuring instrument and a long-afterglow luminescent tester.The results showed that when the addition of silane coupling agent was 3%,the oil absorption value of the powders decreased to 33.25%,and some coupling agents were grafted on the surface of the powders in the way of Al-O-Si.After modification,the hydrophobicity of the powders was improved,and luminescence brightness was slightly reduced.
