摘 要:将三元乙丙橡胶和四丙氟橡胶分别制成混炼胶,再按比例掺混并用,研究了并用比对三元乙丙橡胶/四丙氟橡胶性能的影响。结果表明:随着并用比的改变,材料性能发生显著变化,当并用比为80∶20(质量比,下同)时,并用胶的压缩永久变形最小,综合性能最佳;当并用比≥70∶30时,并用胶属于均相体系;但并用比<70∶30时,并用胶产生了相分离,相容性变差,属非均相体系;随着并用比的变化,并用胶硬度相同,材料的体积模量在同一水平;100%定伸应力显著提高,材料的弹性模量显著提高。The effects of blending ratios on the properties of EPDM/FEPM were studied by different blending ratio of pre-blended rubber of ethylene propylene diene rubber(EPDM)and tetrapropylene fluorine rubber(FEPM).The results showed that,EPDM/FEPM properties were significantly influenced by the ratio of EPDM/FEPM.Compression permanent deformation of vulcanizate was smallest,and comprehensive properties of EPDM/FEPM reached optimum when the blending ratio of EPDM and FEPM was 80/20(weight ratio)When the blending ratio of EPDM and FEPM was higher than 70/30,the EPDM/FEPM was a homogeneous system.When the blending ratio was lower than 70/30,the rubber of EPDM/FEPM was a heterogeneous system.Influence of the blending ratio on the hardness and bulk modulus of vulcanizate was minimum,but the modulus of elasticity,as well as the constant tensile stress of EPDM/FEPM were greatly increased.
