摘  要:通过拉伸、弯曲、冲击、摩擦磨损试验测试了不同含量的碳纤维对聚甲醛(POM)自润滑材料力学性能和摩擦磨损性能的影响,并用扫描电子显微镜观察了拉伸试样断口和摩擦磨损试样表面的微观形貌。结果表明:当碳纤维含量由0、17%增加到35%,POM自润滑材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度逐渐增加,冲击强度逐渐降低;POM自润滑材料45钢干摩擦试样的摩擦系数逐渐降低,材料的体积磨损率逐渐增加。The effects of different carbon fiber(CF)content on the mechanical,friction and wear properties of polyoxymethylene(POM)self-lubricating materials were tested by tensile,bending,impact,friction and wear tests.The fracture of tensile specimens and the microscopic morphology of the surface of friction and wear specimens were observed by scanning electron microscopy.The results shown that when the CF content increased from 0,17%to 35%,the tensile and flexural strengthes of POM materials increased gradually.The impact strength decreased gradually.The dry friction coefficient of friction specimens of POM materials and steel 45 decreased gradually.At the same time,the volume wear rate of the material gradually increased.
