摘　　要：2011年9月起,北京市文物研究所对北京市通州古城东城遗址进行了发掘。这次发掘的对象包括东城门、东城门瓮城及相邻的三段城墙与两个马面。针对城墙的三种夯土、四类包砖的相对年代进行了分析,据此区分出四个营造期;进而又对四个营造期的绝对年代做了推断;最后,逐一罗列了四个营造期内修的项目,并探讨了成因。An excavation was conducted to the east part of Tongzhou Ancient City in Beijing,including the east gate,its barbican entrance,three adjacent walls and two defence units(Ma Mian),by Cultural Heritage Research Institute of Beijing since September of 2011.Based on an age analysis undertaken to the three kinds of tamped earth and four types of wall bricks,this section was constructed in four stages;then the absolute age of the four stages was inferred;and finally,the detailed construction in the four stages was listed out,and the causes were discussed.
