生命周期视角下江西有色金属企业成本效率研究

摘　　要：基于企业生命周期视角,采用江西铜业集团有限公司及章源钨业股份有限公司2009—2019年数据,分析江西省两家主板上市有色金属企业不同生命阶段成本效率特征。节能减排、产能过剩的压力下,两家有色金属上市企业阶段的成本效率在逐年递减。江西有色金属行业需合理控制,以规模化效益及科技创新提高经营水平,优化成本效率,进一步向科技密集型企业转型。Based on the perspective of enterprise life cycle,using the data of Jiangxi Copper Industry Group Co.,Ltd.and Zhangyuan Tungsten Co.,Ltd.from 2009 to 2019,this paper analyzes the cost efficiency characteristics of two main board listed non-ferrous companies in Jiangxi Province at different life stages.At each stage of the life cycle,the cost efficiency of the two Jiangxi Nonferrous Metals listed companies is decreasing year by year under the pressure of energy saving,emission reduction and overcapacity.Jiangxi's non-ferrous metals industry needs to follow the trend of global economic development,strictly control costs,replace extensive growth methods with scale benefits and technological innovation,improve operating levels,optimize cost efficiency,and further transform into a technology-intensive enterprise.
