摘　　要：目的为克服YY0175-2005手术刀柄与刀片不通配、拆刀片时可能发生伤人等缺欠,防范手术刀锐器伤,研制了“折携式任向通配模块化手术刀柄”。方法通过机械性能试验及动物模拟手术试验方法在便捷性、安全性、择向性、舒握性、防滑性、捷拾性、调节性、便携性、人机性等方面与普通刀柄对照验证、评价。结果折携刀柄综合性能优于普通刀柄。结论双面便卸式配合体及多功能握柄构成的折携刀柄安全、便捷、抗损、通配及携储功效优异,适于巡回医疗、抢险救灾或野战外科应急卫勤保障。Objective To overcome the defects of YY0175-2005 scalpel handle such as the mismatching between the handle and the blade,and the possible injury when disassembling the scalpel blade,to prevent sharp instrument injury of the scalpel,“a folding portable-type modular scalpel handle with omnidirectional configuration”was developed.Methods Through the mechanical performance test and animal simulation operation test methods,the new scalpel handle was evaluated and compared with ordinary scalpel handle in terms of convenience,safety,orientation,ease of grip,skid resistance,facile of picking up,adjustability,portability,man-machine performance and other aspects.Results The comprehensive performance of the folding portable scalpel handle was superior to that of common scalpel handle.Conclusion The double-sided removable ligand and multi-function handle has excellent efficacies in safe,convenient,damage resistant,universal matching and carrying storage.It is suitable for itinerant medical treatment,rescue and relief or emergency medical support for field surgery.
