摘　　要：目的为克服YY0175普通手术刀柄无护刃安全装置且通体无孔、功寡难携的弊端,实现主动防护手术刀锐器伤。方法阶梯式人机优化设计“主动防护型捷卸通配御刺滑鞘”,并与普通刀柄一体化匹装后参照对比验证应用。结果该护鞘具有安全御刺、磁吸利刃、护械抗损、通配通用、度量卡测、便携易储、防滑稳执、单手霎卸、整体洗消、一鞘多能及性价比高的优越性。结论普通刀柄匹装实用且性价比高的御刺滑移式安全护鞘后,益于积极主动防范人因失误、职业伤害,平战通用,利于落实医患安全目标。Objective To overcome the disadvantages of YY0175 common scalpel handle without blade safety protection device and hole in the whole body,single function and difficult to carry,active protection against sharp instrument injury of scalpel was carried out.Methods The application of“active protection type quick removal of sliding sheath with universal matching and prevention of stab cutting”and the integrated matching and assembly of common scalpel handle were compared and verified by ergonomic step optimization design.Results The sheath has the advantages of safe stab resistance,magnetic absorbing sharp blade,anti-wear of protective equipment,universal matching,length and clamping measurement,portable and easy storage,anti-skid and stable holding,one hand instant unloading,integral washing and disinfection,one sheath multi-function and high cost performance ratio.Conclusion The common scalpel handle can be upgraded to safety and portable handle immediately after being fitted with a practical and valuable anti stab sliding protective sheath,which is beneficial to actively prevent human error and occupational injury.It can be used in both peacetime and wartime.And it is conducive to the implementation of the goal of doctor-patient safety.
