摘　　要：目的为克服YY0175单刃直板型金属手术冷刀无法独立一次性完整竭切疤瘢、繁琐低效的缺欠,研制并排叠置通配体多功能捷罄双切手术刀柄。方法创新研制以“滑坡尾直卸式并排叠置通用配合体”为主动防护核心安全装置和人机化隐设了集约备械属具镂空握柄构成的多功能捷罄双切手术刀柄,并首创了术者可独立一次性完整彻底切净疤瘢的“双刃同步齐切”法,与普通刀柄对比验证效果。结果实验模拟手术割切动物表皮,双切刀柄定宽同步的“齐切谱”广,术者独立单手一次性便捷完整切净疤瘢及单步直接抽卸手术刀片安全便捷、设计达标。结论双切刀柄具有单手独控、舒握稳执、定宽切疤、降减皮损、愈痕美观、刀片通配、任向插装、单步直卸、一柄多用、携储两便、备械便捷及平战通用的优越性。Objective To overcome the shortcoming that the YY0175 single blade straight plate metal cold scalpel couldn’t remove the whole scar at one time independently and completely,which is cumbersome and inefficient,an abreast superposition universal matching body-type multifunctional and convenient complete double cutting scalpel handle was developed.Methods Innovative research and development was done with“landslide tail direct unloading abreast superimposed universal matching body”as the core safety device of active protection,and ergonomics hiding set of the intensive equipment with the hollow handle.The"doubleblades synchronous cutting"method was created which allowed the operator remove the whole scar at one time independently and completely.The multifunctional and convenient complete double cutting scalpel handle and the effect is verified by comparing with the general scalpel handle.Results The experiment simulated operation to cut animal skin,the multifunctional and convenient complete double cutting scalpel handle was fixed in width,and the“synchronous cutting width spectrum”was wide.The operator could cut the scar completely and conveniently with one hand independently.It was safe and convenient to take out the surgical blade in one step,and the design was up to standard.Conclusion The scalpel handle of double cutting has the advantages of single hand control,comfortable grip and stable holding,fixed width scar cutting,reducing skin damage,beautiful scar healing,blade matching,arbitrary insertion,single step straight unloading,one handle multi-use,easy to carry and store,convenient and quick preparation of surgical instruments and general use in peacetime and wartime.
