摘 要:目的为了提高医院疫情监控的有效性与现代化程度,解决当前相关工作自动化水平低、管理方式方法落后等不足,本研究设计并实现了一种医院疫情监控系统,将疫情监控工作纳入到了医院信息平台建设的范围中。方法该系统的整体架构采用了富互联应用模式,并按照分层风格的体系结构实现了系统的数据管理层、业务功能层和通信交互层,包括疫情跟踪、就诊数据分析、疫情自动上报、系统参数管理等功能模块。结果实验最终得到了一个能够实现疫情自动化、智能化的信息系统,而在投入实际使用后,医院疫情监控的工作效率有了明显提升,实现了各级医院及各部门的疫情信息共享,从而将疫情监控与上报的整个流程周期缩短至5 min以内。结论本研究对疫情监控系统的理论与应用的研究对于地区卫生安全的保证具有重要意义,也为各类医疗信息系统的建设工作提供了参考。Objective In order to improve the effectiveness and modernization of hospital epidemic monitoring,and solve the problems of low automation level and backward management methods,this paper designed and implemented a hospital epidemic monitoring system,which incorporated epidemic monitoring into the scope of hospital information platform construction.Methods The overall architecture of the system adopted the rich internet application mode,and established the data management layer,business function layer and communication interaction layer of the system according to the layered architecture,including the function modules of epidemic tracking,medical treatment data analysis,automatic epidemic report,system parameter management and so on.Results In the end,the information system which could realize the automation and intelligence of epidemic situation was obtained.After putting it into practice,the efficiency of hospital epidemic situation monitoring had been significantly improved,and the epidemic situation information sharing had been realized among hospitals at all levels and departments.Thus,the whole process cycle of epidemic situation monitoring and reporting had been shortened to less than 5 minutes.Conclusion The study on the theory and application of epidemic monitoring system has a great significance to the guarantee of regional health and safety,and also provides a reference for the construction of various medical information systems.
