摘　　要：目的严格控制、科学合理地规划医疗设备的配置,充分提高医疗设备的使用效率,实现经济效益和社会效益的双向发展,是促进医院长效、健康发展的重要途径。方法本文以大型医疗设备使用效益分析为切入点,将现有的基于信息化的大型医疗设备使用效益分析数据,贯穿到了大型医疗设备的预算购置、使用管理以及更新决策各个阶段中。结果该方法取得了良好效果,有力地证明了大型医疗设备使用的重要性。结论为各级医院的医疗设备精细化管理提供了借鉴与参考。Objective To improve the use efficiency of medical equipment fully and achieve the two-way development of economic and social benefits through Strict control,scientific and reasonable planning of the configuration of medical equipment,are important ways to promote long-term and healthy development of hospitals.Methods This article took the benefit analysis of large-scale medical equipment as starting point,the existing data of the use benefit analysis of large medical equipment based on informationization were carried through to the stages of budget acquisition,use management and updating decision of large medical equipment.Results This method had achieved good results,which strongly proved the importance of the use of large medical equipment.Conclusion It provides reference for the refined management of medical equipment at all levels of hospitals.
