CT数据采集系统故障伪影常见原因分析及处理

摘　　要：目的本文介绍了CT数据采集系统(Data Acquisition System,DAS)故障导致的几种图像伪影、分析其产生原因及处理对策。方法收集近几年来我院CT DAS故障伪影12例,其中探测器单元故障导致伪影1例,探测器通道故障4例,A/D转化器2例,探测器上异物导致伪影1例,参考探测器故障伪影1例,数据传输路径故障2例,其他1例。分析几种伪影的特征及其产生原因,采取相应的解决方案。结果通过对伪影特征进行分析,找到对应DAS故障来源,消除了伪影。结论通过对CT采集系统伪影特征及原因进行分析,判断其来源,制定相应的矫正措施,可以抑制或消除伪影。Objective To introduce several kinds of image artifacts caused by the fault of CT data acquisition system(DAS),analyze the causes and handling methods.Methods A total of 12 cases of CT DAS fault artifacts in our hospital in recent years were collected,among which 1 case was caused by detector unit fault,4 cases of detector channel failure,2 case of A/D converter,1 case caused by foreign matters on the detector,1 case caused by calibration detector fault artifact,2 cases caused by data transmission path fault,and 1 case by another factor.The characteristics and causes of several artifacts were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were adopted.Results Through the analysis of the characteristics of the artifact,the source of corresponding DAS fault was found and the artifact was eliminated.Conclusion The artifact can be suppressed or eliminated by analyzing the characteristics and causes of the artifact in CT acquisition system,judging the source of the artifact and making corresponding corrective measures.
