摘　　要：在日新月异的医学影像诊断设备发展中,超声诊断设备、X光设备和核磁共振设备已成为影像诊断设备中三大主力军。超声诊断设备对人体无损伤特性,适用于产科、婴幼儿和人体脏器组织的检查,能方便进行动态连续实时观察,可以实时及量化分析心脏组织运动,提高心脏疾病诊断能力。超声诊断设备应用领域已成为临床诊断中必不可少的医疗仪器,对确保超声诊断仪的正常使用和临床影像的应用质量起到举足轻重的作用。有效降低超声诊断仪的故障率以及提高处理故障的效率是确保设备正常运行的关键所在。本研究根据我院使用迈瑞DC-7超声诊断仪中遇到的三例故障进行维修分析,为同行提供参考。In the rapid development of medical imaging diagnostic equipment,ultrasound diagnostic equipment,X-ray equipment and MRI equipment have become the three main forces of imaging diagnostic equipment.The ultrasonic diagnostic equipment has the characteristics of no damage to human body,which is suitable for the examination of obstetrics,infants and human organs.It can also be used for dynamic continuous real-time observation and quantitative analysis of heart tissue movement,so as to improve the diagnostic ability of heart disease.Ultrasound diagnostic equipment has become an indispensable medical instrument in clinical diagnosis.To ensure the normal use of ultrasound diagnostic instrument plays an important role in the application quality of clinical image.The key to ensure the normal operation of the equipment is to effectively reduce the failure rate of the ultrasonic diagnostic instrument and improve the efficiency of troubleshooting.In this study,3 cases of failures encountered in the use of Mindray DC-7 ultrasonic diagnostic instrument in our hospital were analyzed to provide reference for peers.
