大众创业背景下农民工返乡规模化食用菌栽培风险控制

摘　　要：国家把鼓励创业摆到就业工作的突出位置,农民工返乡创业成为新兴起的潮流。为了能够进一步的激发农民工的返乡创业热情,各地政府对当地的农民工创业投入较高关注,从而能够全面落实创新创业的发展理念。但是在这个过程中还存在着一些问题急需要解决,需要各级政府投入足够的重视。很多返乡农民工选择规模化栽培食用菌作为返乡创业项目,但是在栽培食用菌的过程中会面临很多的风险,所以为了让返乡农民工群众实现更好的创新创业,还需要做好相关的风险控制工作,为食用菌的规模化栽培提供保障。在大众创业背景下,对返乡农民工规模化栽培食用菌的风险控制进行分析,并为其提供相关的建议。The government places the encouragement of entrepreneurship in the prominent position of employment work, and it has become a rising trend for migrant workers to return home to start their own businesses. In order to further stimulate the enthusiasm of migrant workers to start their own businesses, local governments pay more attention to local migrant workers’ entrepreneurship, so as to fully implement the development concept of innovation and entrepreneurship. But in this process, there are still some problems that need to be solved urgently, and governments at all levels need to invest enough attention. Many returned migrant workers choose large-scale cultivation of edible fungi as entrepreneurship projects, but they will face many risks in the process of cultivation of edible fungi. Therefore, in order to enable the returning migrant workers to achieve better innovation and entrepreneurship, we need to do a good job in risk control to provide guarantee for the large-scale production of edible fungi. Under the background of mass entrepreneurship, this paper analyzes the risk control of large-scale production of edible fungi for migrant workers returning home, and provides relevant suggestions.
