摘　　要：目前学界对街角青年犯罪状态的研究还不够系统,所使用的研究方法也不能准确描述该群体新时期犯罪状态和严重程度。鉴于此,运用田野调查的方法对街角青年的涉黑犯罪真实情况进行的研究发现,当下街角青年的组织结构、资金获取方式、冲突处理模式、非法控制状态都已有涉黑演化趋势,可建构“三层联动”预防模式,以减少和阻断街角青年涉黑犯罪的途径和几率。At present,it is not accurate to use the new method to study the state of crime in the street corner.In view of this,the author uses the method of field investigation to study the real situation of street corner youth’s crime involving in underworld.The results show that:at present,the organization structure,fund acquisition mode,conflict management mode and illegal control state of street corner youth have the evolution trend of involvement in underworld.Based on this,this paper puts forward the“three-level linkage”prevention mode,in order to reduce and block the way and probability of street corner youth involved in crime.
